Refund policy

At Somnath Bastralaya, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photos as proof of the issue.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products.
• Products damaged after delivery.
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
• Customized or special wholesale orders.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Somnath Bastralaya.

Exchange

Products received in damaged or incorrect condition may be exchanged, subject to stock availability.
